  Vacation & Leaves
  • 21 days per contract year for vacation, sick and short periods of leave available at program director's discretion
  • 6 weeks paid maternity leave; 2 weeks paid paternity
    or adoption leave upon request
  • Extended periods of leave available at the
    program director's discretion.  Will extend residency and postpone board eligibility.

Parent/Child Elective

  • 2 or 4 week elective may be taken by residents who have a child born or adopted during residency
