On January 14, 2009, the Duluth Family Practice Center converted it's conventional x-ray room to digital with a Fuji Computed Radiography system.  Fujifilm, the inventor and world’s leading manufacturer of digital x-ray, has designed hospital-quality systems especially for private practices.

 

• Customized anatomical menu sets, rapid image preview display, and the ability to flip and rotate from the image preview screen help ensure that images are acquired and viewed correctly and quickly. Advanced technologies such as Grid Pattern Removal, Flexible Noise Control and Multi Frequency Processing make sure images are displayed optimally.
   
• The robust DICOM image viewer allows physicians full image viewing and manipulation capabilities right at their workstation.  At the same time the physician is viewing the image, the DICOM capability of the program allows for the exam to be transmitted to Duluth Radiological Associates for an official reading and report.
